紫要鲜、要匀，最怕一边茄紫一边粉白。灯光下转一圈，内壁若出现灰雾或石花成片，收藏价会掉一档。种水以冰种到玻璃种为上，肉细才托得住浓色；种老但色花，不如色匀而水稍嫩的日常藏。金缎衬底是为了把紫「暖」出来，看货时仍要换白光、自然光各看一次，避免缎面把粉紫看浓。
Lavender wants to be fresh and even; one side eggplant and one side chalk is a fail. Turn the inner wall under the lamp—grey fog or a field of crystals drops the grade. Icy to glassy texture carries saturated colour; a coarse stone with patchy purple is worth less than an even, slightly younger water. Gold silk warms the purple; always check again in white light and daylight so the cloth does not fake depth.

两只镯要同条、同色、圈口可差半号，但不能一只透一只闷。紫珠链要圆、要匀径，比手镯更耗料，往往是同一色系里另开的一串，不强求与镯「绝配」。柜里放一枚绿翠，是让眼睛有参照：紫是否发蓝、绿是否发黄，一眼能看出来。日常收藏建议先锁定一只或一对镯，珠链量力，不要为了「整柜都紫」而降色口。

A bead strand must be round and even; it consumes more rough than bangles and is often a cousin, not a twin.
