梧越珠宝通过本站展示和销售天然翡翠 A 货及相关镶嵌、定制、鉴定回收与加盟咨询。商品描述、尺寸、证书与实拍以成交时确认的信息为准。翡翠为天然矿物，棉、纹、色带、种水差异不属于质量问题。
Wuyue Jewelry offers Type-A jadeite, setting, custom work, appraisal/buy-back and franchise enquiries. Description, size, papers and photos are those confirmed at sale. Jadeite is a natural mineral; cotton, veins, colour bands and water variation are not defects.

网站展示不构成要约。订单经客服确认库存、价格与证书后成立。请通过约定方式付款。定制、改款需预付定金的，定金用途在确认单中写明。您应保证收货信息真实。
Listings are not an offer. A contract is formed when we confirm stock, price and papers. Pay by the agreed rail. Deposits for custom or reset work are described on the confirmation. You must give a true delivery address.

发货时间、保价与承运人在确认单中约定。运输途中的保价责任按承运合同执行。收货请当面验视外包装；发现破损请当场拍照并联系我们。
Ship date, insurance and carrier are on the confirmation. In-transit cover follows the carrier’s contract. Check the outer pack on arrival; photograph damage at the door and tell us.
4. 退款与退货（请仔细阅读）

有品质问题：收货后如存在与描述严重不符、证书与实物不符、或经权威机构确认非天然 A 货等质量问题，请在签收后 7 日内联系我们。经核实后办理退款或换货；因此产生的退回运费由梧越承担。
无品质问题（不想要了）：未使用、未改镶、配件与证书齐全的现货，可在签收后 7 日内申请退款。退回运费、保价及可能的复检费用由您自行承担；商品退回并验收无误后，货款原路退回（不含您已付邮费）。定制、改款、镶嵌高定及按您指定料形加工的件，除质量问题外不接受无理由退货。
退货请先取得客服退货编号，使用可追踪及保价的方式寄回，否则遗失风险由寄件方承担。
Quality defect: If the piece is seriously not as described, the paper does not match the stone, or a competent lab finds it is not Type-A, contact us within 7 days of delivery. After we confirm, we refund or replace. Return postage for a confirmed defect is on Wuyue.
No quality issue (change of mind): Unused stock, not reset, with all papers and parts, may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund. You pay return postage, insurance and any re-check. We refund the goods price (not your outbound postage) after inspection. Bespoke, recut, inlay and pieces cut to your brief cannot be returned without a quality defect.
Ask for a return number first and ship tracked and insured. Loss without that is on the sender.
5. 鉴定回收
5. Appraisal and buy-back
照片估价仅为区间，成交以实物为准。未成交的寄评件按鉴定回收页说明退回。回收款在协议达成后支付。您须保证对货品有处分权。
A photo quote is a range; the number waits for the stone. Unsold parcels go back as the appraisal page states. Buy-back money is paid after a written deal. You must have the right to sell the piece.

请勿利用本站从事违法、欺诈或侵犯他人权利的活动。网站文字、图片、商标归梧越或权利人所有，未经许可不得用于商业复制。您上传的照片仅用于为您估价或定制。
Do not use the site for illegal, fraudulent or infringing acts. Text, photos and marks belong to Wuyue or their owners; do not copy them for commerce without leave. Photos you upload are used only to value or make your piece.
7. 责任限制与法律

在法律允许范围内，梧越对间接损失、预期利润的责任以您就该笔订单支付的货款为上限（故意或重大过失除外）。本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。争议协商不成的，由公司住所地有管辖权的人民法院管辖。条款中某条无效不影响其余条款。
To the extent the law allows, Wuyue’s liability for indirect loss or expected profit is capped at the price you paid for that order (except wilful or grossly negligent acts). These Terms follow the law of the PRC. If talks fail, the courts at our domicile have jurisdiction. If one clause fails, the rest still stand.
